The Randolph College athletic department each week showcases a question and answer feature with our WildCat of the Week. The 12th student-athlete selected this year is men's basketball player Josh Freund.
Freund has had a great start to the beginning of his career. He has averaged 12 points per game in the four games, starting all of them. He also picked up his first-career double-double in the season-opening win over Methodist University.
You have averaged 12 points per game, scoring in double-figures in all but one game, helping the team to a 3-1 record. How have you and the team started so well?
Coach Nunley and the rest of the staff did a great job in the preseason to get us ready to play and the seniors have done a great job in practice to get everyone on the same page.
