2016-2017: (Indoor) – Despite missing the middle of the season due to an injury, still had a big year…won the opening 60-meter hurdle event at the Bast-Cregger Invitational, with a finals time of 8.37…was even better the next meet…set the school-record for the 200-meter dash at the Liberty Kick Off with a time of 22.56…was 24th out of more than 100 runner and was 15 spots better than the next DIII sprinter…also set the school-record in the 60-hurdles, winning his heat with a time of 8.30, and was only DIII athlete to qualify for finals…took eighth in the finals with a time of 8.33…named ODAC Athlete of the Week…went out and won the 60-meter hurdles at the ODAC Championships…first ODAC Indoor title for program. (Outdoor) – Solidified his spot as one of the best in the country in the hurdles…did not finish lower than eighth in any event during the entire spring…won the 110-meter hurdles at the W&L Carnival, the Doc Jopson Invite, the WildCat Invitational, and defended his ODAC title by winning the gold in a time of 15.09 which was due in part to rain…also picked up two points in the 200-meter race as he finished seventh in a time of 23.14…set an outdoor PR of 22.66 as he won it at the WildCat Invitational…also earned points in the 4x100-meter relay team going 44.52 at ODACs (sixth)…ran under 15 seconds in the 110-hurdles eight times during the year, including his final six races…broke the school-record three times, his last three meets…went 14.53 at the SWAT Last Chance meet to qualify for nationals…broke it by going 14.44 in the prelims to qualify for the finals…finished seventh and became first Randolph track All-American going 14.35 in the finals.

2016: (Indoor) – Made major strides during his junior season…did some work outside of the 60-meter hurdles, but that event served as his primary race…only finished outside the top-10 in one race, which was the 4x400 at the Vince Brown Invitational…had the top time in the 60-meter hurdles in the prelims and finals at the Darius Dixon, along with the prelims of the SU Open and the ODAC Indoor prelims…continuously broke his own record in the 60H…set it at the ODAC Indoor Championships with a time of 8.36...however, was bested by one other runner, and took home the first silver in program history. (Outdoor) – Continued to show why he is one of the best hurdlers in the country during the outdoor season…competed in the 200 as well, setting a best of 22.73 in the ODAC Prelims…ran the 110-meter hurdles at every meet, continuously breaking his own school record...excelled…won five times, and came as the runner-up twice…started by winning the event at the Dr. Jack M. Toms, at the Roanoke College Invitational, and the WildCat Invitational…finished second in the ODAC Prelims…followed it by winning the first gold in school history with a time of 15.07…crushed that record a week earlier, with a time of 14.54 at the Highlander Invitational…he beat several DI hurdlers in that race…the new record qualified him for the National Championship meet…finished 15th, but would had a great start on a race that was stopped because of a false start in another lane…will look to continue his success as a senior.

2015: (Indoor) - Primarily ran in hurdle events during the indoor season...set a career-best in the 60 meter hurdles at the ODAC Championships...just missed the podium in a time of 8.65...ran the 200 meter dash at the Vince Brown Invitational in 24.08...had a 200 meter hurdle time of 28.43 at the Captains Invitational (Outdoor) - Missed most of the season due to an injury...won the 110 meter hurdles in his only meet, finishing in a time of 15.43...set a new best in the 400 meter dash with a time of 52.90.

2014: (Indoor) - Very succesful in his first season, running primarily in short hurdle events...finished second in the 55 hurdles at the Lynchburg College Sprint, Jump, Throw Challenge...his top time in the 60 hurldes came at the ODAC Championships, stopping the clock at 8.69 (Outdoor) - Only ran in hurdle events...took second place in the 110 hurdles at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational...finished just off the podium in fourth at 110 hurdles time of 15.08 came at the Liberty Twilight and the top 400 hurdle time of 59.45 came at the ODAC Championships.

Before Randolph: Participated in soccer and track and field...second-team all-league in league champion...league champion in track and field.

Personal: Son of Brendan and Lillian...has three siblings...biology major.
