2016: Took over as the top runner for the program as a sophomore…excelled…only member of the men’s team to compete in every race…started it off with a great showing in the WildCat Hokum Karem…beat his Virginia 4-Miler time from last year by 40 seconds…finished sixth-overall in a time of 23:32…ran a career-best in the 8K at the Hagan Stone Classic…won the Division III portion of the race and finished 15th overall in a time of 27:41.87…was the second-fastest time in program history…just missed out on the mark at the following meet, ending the Gettysburg Invite in 27:56…cut three and a half minutes off his time between the ODAC Preview and the ODAC Championships which are held at the same venue…competed at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships at Berry College in Georgia…finished  with a season-best of 28:06, which was good for 91st place…will look to continue to improve next year.

2015: Had a great first season with the WildCats, consistently being one of the top-two finishers for Randolph…opened up his career with an eighth-place finish (top spot for Randolph) at the 5K WildCat Cross Country Invitational, and topped that 5K time at the Adidas XC Challenge in Cary, NC…ran his best 8K time in 29:22 at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Preview Meet.

Previous: Ran cross country for one year at Riverbend High School…qualified as a state competitor for the Bears in cross country.

Personal: Son of Michael and Rachel Clem…has one brother…wrestled for four years, qualifying for Regionals during his career…ran track for two years and qualified for the state meet.
