The Randolph College athletic department each week showcases a question and answer feature with our WildCat of the Week. The 11th student-athlete selected this year is equestrian rider Layton Bradshaw.
Bradshaw had a terrific day at the Emory & Henry IHSA. She competed in one section in both the Open Jumps and Flats. She earned a second-place finish in both sections, which helped the WildCats finish as the Reserve Champion at the show. However, the 'Cats moved into first-place in the region, leading by 16 points heading into the break.
You won two red ribbons on Saturday to help the team be Reserve Champions. How does your performance and your team's performance set you up for the remainder of the season?
Our team's performance put us first in the region, and it also helped boost our confidence.
