Q&A with WildCat of the Week Rebecca Montgomery

The Randolph College athletic department each week showcases a question and answer feature with our WildCat of the Week. The 28th student-athlete selected this year is softball player Rebecca Montgomery.

Montgomery was highly impressive in the only doubleheader last week, helping Randolph go 2-0 against Mary Baldwin College.  In the first game, she only had two plate appearances, and walked on one of them.  The other was a shot over the left field wall.  In game two, she went 2-4 from the plate, which included another home run.  This one was a grand slam over the left field wall.  She had six RBI in the game, which tied the single-game record for Randolph College.
