LYNCHBURG, Va.- With recent weather having altered the Randolph softball schedule, the Wildcats have rescheduled contests that were postponed or halted.
Randolph travels to Guilford on Friday to resume the second game of its doubleheader against the Quakers from March 24. The game had just started when rain stopped play.
After going to Shenandoah on Saturday for its planned doubleheader with the Hornets, the WildCats host #4 Randolph-Macon on Tuesday in the regular season finale. The twin bill was originally supposed to be played last Sunday but was moved because of the threat of bad weather. Game 1 begins at 3:00 p.m. with the second game following at 5:00 p.m.
With the regular season wrapping up, Randolph currently sits in seventh place in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and will look to move up in the standings. The ODAC Tournament begins Friday, April 27 in Salem.
