    FOREST, Va.- The Old Dominion Athletic Conference on Wednesday released its All-Conference Team in women’s soccer. Randolph was represented by sophomore Sara Bane (Blue Ridge, Va./Lord Botetourt) who was selected to the Third Team.

    LYNCHBURG, Va.- With a win on Saturday over Hollins and with the help of tiebreakers, the Randolph women’s soccer team secured the ninth seed in the ODAC Tournament. After missing out last season, the WildCats return to the playoffs for first time in two years.
  • WildCats Drop OT Heartbreaker to Ferrum in ODAC First Round Game

    FERRUM, Va. – The Randolph women’s soccer team traveled to Ferrum College for an Old Dominion Athletic Conference First Round game on a cold Monday evening. The WildCats were able to force an extra period but the Panthers would score 25 seconds into overtime to win 2-1.
  • WildCats Shut Out Hollins on Senior Day 4-0

    LYNCHBURG, Va.- The Randolph women’s soccer team hosted Hollins on Senior Day in the regular season finale. The WildCats got contributions from its seniors as Randolph shut out Hollins 4-0.
  • Women’s Soccer Drops 2-1 Decision to Eastern Mennonite

    HARRISONBURG, Va.- The Randolph women’s soccer team traveled to Eastern Mennonite on Wednesday afternoon to face the Royals in an Old Dominion Athletic Conference match. EMU took a 2-0 lead midway through the first and held off the WildCats 2-1.
  • Strong First Half Leads Women’s Soccer to 5-2 Win at Emory and Henry

    EMORY, Va.- Powered by four first half goals, the Randolph women’s soccer team picked up a big 5-2 win over Emory and Henry on Sunday afternoon at Fred Selfie Stadium. The WildCats, winners of three in a row, improve to 8-5 overall and 3-5 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. The Wasps drop to 1-14-1 and 1-7 in the conference.
  • WildCat Women Shut Down Vixens 2-0

    LYNCHBURG, Va.- The Randolph women’s soccer team held visiting Sweet Briar to just one total shot on the night as the WildCats came away with a 2-0 victory at WildCat Stadium. The win ups Randolph’s record to 7-5 and 2-5 in the ODAC. Sweet Briar falls to 1-13 and 0-7 in the conference.

    LYNCHBURG, Va.- The Randolph women’s soccer team had a tall task in front of them: defeat #18 Bridgewater for its first ODAC win of the season. In the end, the WildCats did just that as they stunned the Eagles 2-1 on Saturday afternoon at WildCat Stadium.
  • Ferrum Gets Past Women’s Soccer 2-1

    FERRUM, Va.- The Randolph women’s soccer team looked to get its first conference win of the season as they travelled to Ferrum to take on the Panthers. The hosts scored twice in the second half with the game-winning goal coming with just under five minutes to play as Ferrum won by the score of 2-1.
  • Maroons Score Late to Win 1-0 over Randolph Women

    SALEM, Va.- Zoe Waring (Chesapeake, Va./Hickory) tied her career-high with 17 saves in net for the Randolph women’s soccer team but host Roanoke scored with just over a minute remaining in regulation to take a 1-0 win on Saturday. The WildCats fall to 5-4 overall and 0-4 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. The Maroons move to 2-5-3 and 1-2-1 in the ODAC.
  • Late Goal Pushes WildCat Women to 2-1 Win at Johnson & Wales

    PINEVILLE, N.C.- It was a battle of two WildCat teams on Wednesday night. Randolph squared off against Johnson and Wales in a non-conference match. Sara Bane’s (Blue Ridge, Va./Lord Botetourt) goal in the 87th minute broke a 1-1 tie to put the Randolph WildCats up for good and give them a 2-1 victory.
  • Women’s Soccer Drops 5-1 ODAC Decision to Shenandoah

    WINCHESTER, Va.- The Randolph women’s soccer team made a trip up to northern Virginia to play Shenandoah in ODAC action on Saturday. The game was tied early on but the host Hornets went ahead with two more scores in the first and a pair in the second half on their way to a 5-1 win over the WildCats.
  • WildCat Women’s Soccer Falls to Virginia Wesleyan

    LYNCHBURG, Va.- For 76 minutes of game time, the Randolph women’s soccer team held visiting Virginia Wesleyan off the scoreboard. The WildCats were 14 minutes away from forcing overtime but the Marlins scored four times during the period on their way to a 4-0 win on Wednesday night at WildCat Stadium.

The WildCats held the Hornets to one goal in the first half but Lynchburg added five in the second half to come away with a 6-0 victory.

Her second score in overtime lifted the WildCats to a thrilling 2-1 victory over the Cougars to keep the ’Cats undefeated.
