GETTYSBURG, Va. -- Among the 394 entries in today's Gettysburg Invitational, Randolph's women's cross country team had numerous strong efforts.

Five of Randolph's six runners in today's event ran the fastest 6,000m time in their careers.

Senior Monica Ashby's time of 26:53.6 was the fastest of her career, leading Randolph in the contest.

Senior Sarah Reed was the lone runner not to run a personal best, but her time of 27:06.8 was her third-best ever.

First-year Sophia Dill had the fastest 6K of her young career with a 27:28.6, finishing just ahead of sophomore Dani Hill.

Sophomore Taylor Rama and junior Meghann Pitts were the final two runners for the WildCats, both running their fastest times ever.
