LYNCHBURG, Va. -- In addition to being named the ODAC's men's soccer player of the week, Blake Heatherly (Jacksonville, N.C./Jacksonville) is the WildCat of the Week.

Heatherly had key goals in both WildCat wins this week.

In a win against Randolph-Macon on Tuesday, the outside back took a shot from a country mile away, sending a rope over the goalkeeper to net the decisive third goal in a 2-1 contest.

Four days later, at Eastern Mennonite, his strike put the 'Cats up early in a game where overtime was needed before Randolph earned a victory on a free kick.

He now has had a hand in five of Randolph's goals on the year, with three goals and two assists, and helps a defense that has allowed only seven goals in ten games.
