Troy Jurney

Troy Jurney

First-year Troy Jurney (Camp Lejeune, N.C./White Oak) helped Randolph into the ODAC semifinals and is the WildCat of the Week.

Jurney had a pair of assists this week, one in each contest, to help Randolph win a pair of games in men's soccer action.

In the regular season finale, he was heavily involved in the middle two goals of a 4-0 victory over this week's semifinal opponent, Washington & Lee.

In the quarterfinals, he created an opportunity down the left wing by juking a defender off his feet, then taking on the center back that came over to help.

With a move to his left towards the end line, he flicked the ball on net with enough pace to give the keeper trouble. With the ball behind the keeper, an easy tap-in put the 'Cats up for good.
