LYNCHBURG, Va. -- Korin Harris (Brandywine, Md./Elizabeth Seton) had her first career double-double leading women's basketball to a 2-0 record this week.
The WildCats are off to their best start since 1996-97, and the first-year forward has played a big role in that.
After pulling down nine rebounds in the opener, Harris has had 10 in each of the last three games. In addition, she reached double figures in scoring against Goucher for the first time in her career.
Coming off the bench, Harris hit 6-of-9 shots from the floor, including all three from deep in the team's fourth straight win.
In the team's first game of the week, Harris ended up one point shy of double figures in the scoring column.
Randolph is one win shy of the program best for consecutive wins.
