LYNCHBURG, Va. -- Women's basketball is within one win of the program record for wins in a season, thanks in large part to its lone senior.

Emilee Dunton (Forest, Va./Brookville) has recently seen an increase in responsibility, taking over a starting spot after being used as the first player off of the bench for much of the season.

The senior has scored in double figures in eight of her last 10 contests, including both last week.

The guard put up 15 points in a losing effort on Thursday, but responded with 13 in a huge win at home on Saturday.

Randolph is now at 9-8 and is within one win of the program record for victories in a season.
